NCR Crossfit

NCR Crossfit Images
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied with high intensity and functional movements.  Last week the senior personal fitness classes had an opportunity to visit NCR Crossfit for an informational and high intensity training session. The students were challenged with a squat seminar, an AMRAP workout and motivated each other throughout the mentally and physically demanding session.

This is one of many field trips the senior personal fitness classes will be going on this semester as the course really focuses on life long physical activity and strives to show students how they can be active and engaged in their community long after high school.  It was a great day and the students really showed awesome #LionsPride!
